Chapter 28

She wouldn’t stop screaming for him. Not only was it making me angry but she had to keep quiet. I couldn’t have people thinking that something was wrong so I had to hit her. I didn’t want to do it but I didn’t have a choice. I’ll make it up to her when she wakes up.



Earlier that day I left my spot so I could get everything set up. I wanted my love to be comfortable in her new home with me.


As I put her in the car I gently kissed her, we had to get a move on. While driving to our new home I got the perfect idea…the very first thing that we can do when she wakes up….we can make love.

By the time Mario got to Sidney’s the cops were already there as well as the medic. Mario automatically thought the worst and tried to make his way toward the house.

“Sir I’m sorry you can’t go any further.”

“Sid….Hadley….I have to get in there he called me.”

The detective in charge of the case saw what was going on and made his way over to them.

“Mr. Lemieux. I understand that you are worried right now but they needed to get Mr. Crosby loaded up so they can take him to the hospital…” as he was talking the medics started wheeling Sid out. He wasn’t moving.

“Sid.” This time Mario didn’t let the cops stop him and he made his way to see Sid laying with gauze on his head but he was unconscious.

“What happened.”

“He suffered a blow to the head, he’s lost a lot of blood we need to get him to the hospital.” Mario just nodded and got into the ambulance behind them. It was then he asked about Hadley and how she was.

“What about Hadley…his girlfriend.”

The medic just looked at him. “Im sorry he was the only one in the house” the medic said as he pointed at Sid and got back to work.

As the doors began to close the detective saw Mario and ran over.

“I need to get your statement…you said he called you.”

“You can come get it at the hospital. Sid is more important than my statement.”

“But…”

“I SAID AT THE HOSPITAL. If your department would have done your job in the first place this wouldn’t have happened. Lets go” Mario said as he looked from the detective to the medics.

Once they got to the hospital they took Sid right back leaving Mario pacing back and forth in the waiting room for the second time in a week.

While he was waiting Nathalie walked in with a worried look on her face.

“Mario is everyone ok…” she was trying not to cry. Sidney was like a son and Hadley was important to Sid so she was important to her as well.

“I…don’t know” and Mario sank into the chair and put his head in his hands.

“They are with Sid right now…He lost a lot of blood. Hadley…..”

“Hadley what…”

“is missing…she’s gone I don’t know.”

“ OH my “ Nathalie couldn’t believe that all of this was actually happening.

“Trina and Troy…we need to call them” she finally said.

“Go ahead Nat…I will get a plane set up so they don’t have to wait.”

Nathalie just nodded and started dialing…

“Hello” Troy answered still half asleep.

“Troy….”

“Nathalie what is it….is everything ok…”

“Sid…”that was all Nathalie got out and she had his attention.

“WHAT HAPPENED…IS HE OK”

“He will be…we are at the hospital right now. Ummm he was hit in the head. His girlfriend is missing…we think it was the guy….You guys should get down here”

“Yea we will be on the next flight out”

“Mario is chartering a plane so you guys don’t have to wait.”

“Ok…”

Nathalie handed over the phone to Mario who gave Troy all the details.

Not too long after that Mario had started pacing again…the detective made his way to Mario and asked him to give his statement. While Mario was doing that the Dr. walked out towards them.

“Are you with Mr. Crosby.”

“Yes…is he ok”

“ He is…slightly out of it but he is awake. You can go and see him if you would like..”

“Ofcourse.” Nathalie looked at Mario and made her way towards Sid’s room…Mario hot on her trail.

It didn’t take long to get Hadley to the new house. It was only up on Mt. Washington. In fact shortly after John got Hadley settled in the only bedroom she started to stir.

She hoped it was just a really bad dream but when she woke up she was so wrong. As she looked around she realized she wasn’t at Sidney’s. Then her worst fears were realized when she saw John walk in.

“My love you woke up just in time.”

“John”

“You don’t know how long I have waited to hear you say my name”

“What…why”

“Because we were meant to be together…you and me.” John then started making his way towards the bed that he had Hadley laying on so he could hold her, kiss her, and love her just like he wanted to.

When he finally got over to the bed he started rubbing up and down Hadley’s leg. But she pulled away before he could to far up.

“Don’t do that my love. This is meant to be.”

“No, you kidnapped me…” but silence her and put his mouth on top of hers slipping his tongue into her mouth at the same time. She tried to squirm but his weight shifted on the top of her to stop her from moving so much. John was getting very anxious and couldn’t wait anymore. He took all of his clothes off and Hadley’s He was so ready to make love to her…Without any hesitation he pushed himself into her.

Tears started to pour down Hadley’s face as he continued to rape her. She couldn’t believe this was happening to her. All this time she thought someone wanted to kill her was bad as she lay there unable to move she knew that this was much worse. The only thing keeping her semi calm was thinking about Sidney. Hoping that he was ok….and the she would see him again.

She felt so amazing underneath him. He didn’t ever want it to end but soon he brought himself over the edge and emptied himself into her.

“That was amazing my love. Just wait until next time.”

Hadley just cried some more while he pulled the blanket over them.

“Lets rest now…but just a little bit we have so much time to make up for.”
